iPhone'a bir dava daha!

iphone,Core Wireless,patent,Başkalarına dava açmaya alışan Apple, şimdi iPhone'a açılan bu dava ile boğuşmak zorunda...
Lüksemburg asıllı Core Wireless firması, 2G, 3G ya da 4G standartlarını kullanan bütün cihazlarının, kendi patentlerini ihlal ettiği iddiasıyla Apple'a patent davası açtı.

Dava, Doğu Teksas Bölge Mahkemesi'nde 29 Şubat'ta dosyalandı. Nokia'nın Core Wireless'e sağladığı 2.000 patentin 8'ini ihlal etmekle suçlanıyor Apple... Core Wireless, bu patentlerin "temel" cep telefonu patentleri olduğunu da ekliyor.

Core Wireless patent toplayan bir şirket. Şirket, patentin gelirlerinin 3'te 1'ini kendine alıyor, geri kalan 3'te 2'si ise patentin sahibine gidiyor. Patentlerin asıl sahibi Nokia'nın bu patentlerini kullanan diğer firmalar ise aralarında belirli anlaşmalar imzaladıkları için davalık bir durum ortaya çıkmıyor.
